Ellen will do the
following:
1.
Define the Brand
2. Analyze all pertinent
sales and inventory data to determine
product position and potential
Internal penetration
Market penetration
Competition
3. Research multiple
venues to identify emerging trends and
marketing concepts
Fabric markets
Trend markets
Retail markets
4. Identify Key Items that
will drive the Brand Identity
5. Create the Annual Design and
Development Time and Action Calendar
and oversee execution of process
6. Partner with the Production Team
to insure Development Process is
coordinated for Costing and Delivery
flow
7. Support the Line Planning
process to determine appropriate
assortment plan by fabric and category
from a
top down sales and unit projection, as
well as the bottom up.
8. Liaison between design &
sales team assuring Communication
is maintained
9. Support the Marketing
process including Line Books, promotional
Plans and Trade shows
10. Coordinate with key accounts to
develop Private Label programs and
set up all calendars necessary to
accomplish this goal
